Alaska: No longer required to have pre-travel negative tests, but still
recommended
California: As of 2/16/21, Alpine, Sierra, and Trinity counties are in the Moderate (orange) tier, Del Norte, Mariposa, and Plumas counties are in the Substantial (red) tier. The remaining 52 counties are
still in the Widespread (purple) tier
Colorado: As of 2/17/21, 21 counties are in Level Blue, 7 counties are in Level Orange, and the remaining counties are in Level Yellow
Georgia: The public health state of emergency has been extended until 3/7/21
Idaho: The state has moved back to Stage 3 of reopening
Louisiana: The modified Phase 2 restrictions will remain in place until 3/3/21
Ohio: Because of sustained decrease in COVID-19 hospitalizations, Ohio’s curfew has been lifted. If hospitalizations rise, the
curfew may be reinstated
