NEII's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources for the Building Transportation Industry

News Related to COVID-19 from the jurisdictions this week:
  • Connecticut: The state will now require all travelers to complete the Connecticut Travel Health Form and self-quarantine for a period of 10 days or until a negative COVID-19 test result
  • Illinois: As of 2/3/21, Region 4 is under Tier 2 mitigations, Regions 8-9 are under Tier 1 mitigations, and Regions 1-3, 5, and 10-11 are in Phase 4
  • Nebraska: Currently in the Green phase. This is the last phase of the DHM reopening plan. Essentially all business restrictions have been lifted.
  • New Mexico: As of 1/27/21, 7 counties in Yellow tier, 1 county in Green (least restrictive) tier, and all other counties are in the red. Next update is 2/10/21
  • New York: announced Monday that beginning 2/15/21, individuals of any age with designated co-morbidities or underlying health conditions will be eligible for vaccination.
  • North Dakota: As of 1/29/21, every county is in the Green/low risk phase
  • Ohio: Curfew amended to 11pm-5am starting 1/28/21
  • Washington: The West and Puget Sound Regions will move to Phase 2 effective 2/1/21. The remaining regions will remain in Phase 1.
  • Alberta: As of 2/8/21, Step 1 changes come into effect to ease some restrictions. All other restrictions remain in effect.
  • British Columbia: Individuals and business must significantly reduce social interactions and travel. This order was extended on 2/5/21
  • New Brunswick: Zones 2,3,5,6, & 7 are currently in the orange level. Zone 1 (Moncton region) is currently in the Red level. Zone 4 (Edmundston region) is currently in lockdown.
  • Quebec: All regions of Quebec, except Terres-Cries-de-la-Baie-James and Nunavik, are under confinement until 2/7/21. As of 2/8/21, some easing of the measures in force will be applied in all regions.
